Annual memberships are valid from September to the following August. While we make every effort to send out regular reminders for renewal, it is the members' responsibility to ensure that their membership is current.

To become a member or to renew your membership, you may:

• Email the Membership Committee with a request for a Membership Form to be mailed or faxed to you (be sure to give us your mailing address or fax number!)
• Download the Membership Application Form and print it:

- PDF format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)

- Microsoft Word format

(Note:When downloading forms, your computer's security settings may restrict access to such files; be sure to 'allow blocked content' when prompted.)

Once you have completed your Membership Form, mail it with a cheque (see dues below) to:

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES:

- Regular full membership: $25.00 yearly
- Associate membership: $15.00 yearly
- Corporate memberships: $100.00 yearly
